My daughter Heather, son in-law Kyle and I went rock climbing in Squamish BC.
Rock climbing is an exhilerating experience. It is a fabulous way to learn the meaning of "being present". Clinging there precariously on the granite there is no room for any worries about the future or past, only here an now.
