Darrell and I met almost two years ago and during the time we worked together trying to find a suitable home for me, he made me feel as if I were truly his only client (though he is a very busy man). He was ALWAYS available. He is very knowledgeable; if I left a message it was always promptly returned; and his courtesy, even temperament and good humour were always a pleasure to experience.
I had a pretty limited budget for this market as well as many concerns most home buyers would not normally have, in that I am severely environmentally allergic. That meant looking at an incredible number of properties because we had to eliminate houses that had even the slightest hint of mold or that had any new renos or new cabinetry which might off-gas chemical fumes and affect my health. Darrell learned to be exceptionally astute regarding all of those issues and very respectful and protective of me as a client.
When we finally did find my house, it was an offer that had fallen through the night before and Darrell made himself available immediately the next morning. Because of this, we managed to be the first to see the house. He swiftly put together an offer and we avoided, almost certainly, a bidding war.
His dedication, patience, sensitivity and ethics are, without question, of the very highest order. I would not hesitate to recommend his services and to use them myself in the future.
